Sometimes, saying no to others is saying yes to yourself. Sometimes it's okay to put yourself and your happiness first- because you are no good to others anyway if you are not good within yourself. I would say... I love my friends, and my family, and I have been blessed by each and every person that has entered my life. They have all meant something to me, have all taught me something, and I am who I am because of them. I would sing... "Crazy" by Meridith Brooks, or "Hang" by Matchbox 20... because I love them. You are wise beyond your years. I didn't get this concept for a very long time and wish someone had come alongside me.
